We ship within Canada via Canada Post from Bowmanville, Ontario. We DO NOT ship internationally.
- All items are shipped within 24 hours (during business days) of your order being placed and payment being received.
- Shipping delivery estimates will be provided during checkout.
- Shipping is provided and insured by Canada Post.
- Any delays in your package being delivered to your address is dependant on Canada Post. If you have not received your package within a reasonable time, please feel free to contact us or Canada Post (https://www.canadapost.ca/web/en/pages/support/default.page).
- If available, a tracking number will be provided when your order is shipped.
Provided we have ample stock on hand, your order will usually be ready to be picked up or shipped within 24 hours of receiving your payment. Should your order be exceptionally large, or in the event that we are experiencing higher than usually order volumes (typically around holidays, or immediately after) please expect up to 72 hours turnaround time after we receive your payment.
Some items may be available on backorder status during the time of your order. We make every attempt to notify you of this before you order an item. If an item is incorrectly marked as instock, we will offer a refund, exchange or you wait the estimated time for the item to arrive. Backorders can range depending on the supplier for their time of arrival.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure you enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.

- *Delays with shipping.
- *Items lost or damaged in the mail. Canada Post is responsible once we ship the package.
All personal protective equipment, including face masks, face shields, filters, and scrub hats are final sale.
Regular priced items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery under the following
- *unworn, undamaged footwear in the original and undamaged box.
- *unworn clothing with all tags attached. We absolutely cannot accept returns on worn, washed or altered items.
NOTE ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER AND INITIAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

EXCHANGE POLICY FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOUR:
You may exchange an item, but the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and items must meet the following criteria:
- *Unworn footwear in original and undamaged box
- *Unworn, unwashed and unaltered clothing with original tags attached.
If exchanging an item for a different size or colour the following criteria applies:
- *Item must be a different size or colour than the returned item
- *Item must be shipped and sold by SCRUB’n:
The SCRUB’n website displays all products with the List Price in Canadian currency. If an item or items are incorrectly priced on scrubn.ca, we will notify you of the actual pricing to get your permission to ship the product at the correct price or contact you with a cancellation notice.
